All our garments are cut and finished by hand in order to produce high quality results. Because of this, we do not hold a large stock of all garments. For standard sizes, subject to stock availability, we aim to delivery to most UK address within 1- 3 working days (Europe with 7-10 working days and 10-15 working days Worldwide) of receiving your order. Otherwise, we will inform you of the actual delivery date.
If you are ordering garments for a special event and need them sooner, please contact us and we will try and give your garment(s) priority.
For personalised garments, it will take around 4 weeks before it is complete (unless we notify otherwise), however, the estimated dispatch date may change due to unforeseen circumstances. If this was to happen you will be informed as soon as possible.
Return and Exchange
We are proud of our products and we are happy when we make our customers happy. So if one of our products falls short of our high standards, or has failed you in any way, we will be happy to exchange any STANDARD size garments, if you return it to us in good and unworn condition within 14 days with the original dispatch note. On the reverse of the dispatch note, please state your reasons for returning the product. If you need further help, please contact us. Nothing under these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage to goods in transit when returned to us.
All personalised products are non-refundable, however, we will provide an alteration service free with postage refund.
